What you will generally need
Requirements differ by category and by consulate. Confirm yours on gov.il.
- Passport valid at least six months beyond the intended stay
- Fully completed visa application form and a current passport-style photo
- Evidence of purpose: invitation, employer sponsorship or study place confirmation
- Evidence of sufficient financial means for the stay
- For Aliyah: documents establishing eligibility under the Law of Return
- For work visas: the Ministry of Interior permit obtained by the employer
- Biometric data given in person at the mission abroad, where required
