How the Process Works

The process is the same for every destination, though the document requirements differ sharply between them.

1. Preliminary application

You complete the form on the destination page. It asks for your identity details, contact details and travel document. Nothing is submitted to any authority at this stage — it exists so that we can assess your case properly.

2. Assessment

A specialist reviews the file and confirms which route fits, what evidence that route requires, and whether anything in your history — a previous refusal, an overstay, a gap in employment — needs to be addressed before applying rather than after.

3. Application number

You receive a unique application number in the format XX-000-X-00-000-X. Together with your surname, it gives you access to the status page for your file at any time. Keep it: it is the only key to your record.

4. Preparation and submission

We assemble the file, check it against the current published requirements, and prepare it for submission to the consulate, visa centre or online portal. Where biometrics or an interview are required, we tell you what to expect and what to bring.

5. Tracking

Your status page shows the current stage, any fee that is due, whether you have been called for biometrics, and any documents we hold for you. Where a payment or a verification step is required, a button appears on that page — there is never a payment link sent by message out of the blue.

Accurate information, complete history, and prompt responses. The most common cause of delay is not the consulate — it is a document that took three weeks to arrive.
