Tracking Your Application
What your status page shows, what each status means, and how the payment and verification steps work.
Every file we handle has a status page reachable from the destination site with your application number and surname. No password is issued, so treat the number as confidential.
What the page shows
- The current status of the file and the date it last changed.
- The personal and document details we hold, so you can check them for errors.
- The service fee status — paid or awaiting payment.
- A biometrics block, if you have been called in, with the date you are expected to attend.
- Documents we have uploaded for you.
What each status means
- Under review — we are assessing the file and building the document list.
- Submission in progress — the file is being lodged with the consulate, visa centre or online portal.
- Additional check — the authority has asked for something further, or the case is in administrative processing. This is common and not in itself a bad sign.
- Approved / Refused — a decision has been issued. In the case of a refusal you will receive the stated ground and what, if anything, can be done next.
Payment and verification buttons
Two buttons can appear on the status page when the relevant step is due: one to pay the service fee, and one to open a verification step. They are enabled by an operator on your file and lead only to the destination we have set for your case. We will never send a payment link out of the blue by message, and we will never ask for card details by email or phone.
Notifications
You can link the file to our Telegram bot to receive an automatic message whenever the status changes, instead of checking the page manually.
If something is wrong
If a name, date or document number on the page is incorrect, tell us before the file is submitted. A discrepancy between the application and the passport is one of the fastest routes to a refusal, and it is trivially cheap to fix beforehand.
